Associate Technology Analyst (ERP)

What you will do

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, and Infor Order Management.
• Translate business needs into workflows, requirements, and system improvements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and develop solution-focused resolutions.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades.
• Create documentation that improves user understanding and system adoption.
• Gradually develop deeper expertise in Infor Order Management as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in East Greenville, Pennsylvania.
• Interest or experience with Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, or Infor Order Management.
