What you will do

• Manage monthly ILR updates and resolve data errors to ensure clean funding submissions.
• Process learner journey changes including starts, gateway sign-offs, and withdrawals.
• Audit learner evidence packs to ensure strict compliance with funding rules.
• Prepare evidence for audits, Ofsted inspections, and EQA processes.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to the wider team regarding funding and compliance processes.
• Review and clear monthly PDSAT reports to proactively identify and rectify errors.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Proven experience in a data and compliance role within the Skills sector.
• Strong understanding of DfE/DWP funding rules for Apprenticeship qualifications.
• Experience using MIS and reporting systems such as Aptem, PICS, or Maytas.
• Proficiency with DAS, PDSATs, and other key DfE platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.
