What you will do

• Lead the SHE agenda across Buckingham, Fringford and Bicknor, acting as a visible SHE expert and champion.
• Shape, implement and continuously improve SHE policies, procedures and risk management systems aligned to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
• Embed safety and wellbeing through governance, proactive compliance monitoring, audits and trend analysis.
• Manage SHE records, statistics and reporting; benchmark performance and recommend improvement plans.
• Deliver SHE education and communication programmes covering legal responsibilities, safe behaviours, wellbeing and work-related stress prevention.
• Provide technical guidance to senior leaders and support new projects/installations from concept through delivery; represent hirify.global with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• NEBOSH certificate/diploma.
• Working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE responsible in an industrial environment.
• Ability to interface effectively with all organizational levels and external regulatory agencies.
• Driving license and ability to travel 2–3 days a week across Buckingham, Bicknor and Fringford.
• Open to flexible working hours.
