Location: Must be based in or able to work from Burgess Hill, UK, with requirements for national and international business travel.

Salary: £32,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support the development and maintenance of effective quality and sustainability strategies.
• Develop presentations and communications to influence business area stakeholders.
• Benchmark industry good practices and work towards relevant accreditations.
• Participate in global business projects and lead specific business initiatives.
• Analyze complex data to produce executive summaries for operational decision-making.
• Undertake rotational placements to gain in-depth business and operational experience.

Requirements

• Degree educated with a minimum 2.1 degree (or predicted) in a related field (STEM, Business, etc.).
• Ability to undertake national and international business travel.
• Strong passion for quality, efficiency, and organizational integrity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and working on own initiative.
