TL;DR
Global Quality Graduate (Manufacturing): Supporting the development and implementation of quality and sustainability programs across engineering, manufacturing, and distribution operations with an accent on process-driven excellence and compliance. Focus on influencing key stakeholders, benchmarking industry best practices, and driving operational improvements to reduce environmental impact and costs of poor quality.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Burgess Hill, UK, with requirements for national and international business travel.
Salary: £32,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Support the development and maintenance of effective quality and sustainability strategies.
- Develop presentations and communications to influence business area stakeholders.
- Benchmark industry good practices and work towards relevant accreditations.
- Participate in global business projects and lead specific business initiatives.
- Analyze complex data to produce executive summaries for operational decision-making.
- Undertake rotational placements to gain in-depth business and operational experience.
Requirements
- Degree educated with a minimum 2.1 degree (or predicted) in a related field (STEM, Business, etc.).
- Ability to undertake national and international business travel.
- Strong passion for quality, efficiency, and organizational integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and working on own initiative.
