Sr. Manager, Integration Program Management

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration across operational, commercial, financial, people, and IT workstreams.
• Define, quantify, and track cost, revenue, and operational synergies against targets.
• Plan facility start-up readiness, including staffing, equipment, systems, processes, commissioning, and operational handoff.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, executives, site leadership, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, KPIs, dashboards, and leadership decision materials.
• Support post-launch stabilization and ramp-up to steady-state performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in project management, integration management, operations, or large-scale transformation.
• Experience with operational ramp-ups and complex cross-functional integration programs, ideally in M&A or expansion contexts.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget, synergy, and performance metric tracking.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions.
• Ability to work in the USA or relocate domestically or internationally; visa sponsorship is available.
