What you will do

• Oversee practice area financial performance, including utilization, margins, and investments.
• Drive technical excellence and conduct architectural reviews through principal architects.
• Partner with the Solution Architecture team to develop and align Service Delivery Frameworks.
• Create and manage practice technology strategy, client journeys, and delivery patterns.
• Mentor and coach delivery teams, providing capacity management and regular performance feedback.
• Lead quarterly briefings on tech roadmaps and shared lessons learned across projects.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of technology business leadership experience within a consultancy.
• Expertise in Azure data engineering, including data warehousing, data lakes, and lake house architecture.
• Broad experience in data governance, data integration, security, privacy, and MDM.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing executive-level business stakeholder relationships.
• Experience managing data practitioners and defining team processes and expectations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship is available.
