What you will do

• Own the growth product strategy, roadmap, and execution for onboarding, activation, engagement, and adoption experiences.
• Improve the customer funnel from initial interest through activation and repeat usage.
• Design, prioritize, and execute product experiments with measurable growth outcomes.
• Analyze customer behavior, identify friction points, and deliver scalable product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and business teams on product delivery.
• Set product priorities and turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies and actionable plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including growth- or activation-focused product roles.
• Proven success owning product funnels and improving adoption through product-led initiatives.
• Experience with consumer or prosumer products and measurable growth outcomes.
• Strong experimentation skills, including test design, result analysis, and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fintech, payments, card products, or financial technology experience is highly preferred.
