What you will do

• Lead a team providing oversight of processes and performance metrics.
• Manage multiple deliverables in a time-sensitive environment and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Review complex legal documents pertaining to syndicated bank loan portfolios and risk management.
• Service corporate bank debt facilities to ensure accurate loan data capture and resolve processing issues.
• Handle regulatory reporting and coordinate with agent banks to resolve cash and position discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Tax, Controllers, and Technology, as well as external business counterparts.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration with 3+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience assessing operational risks and adapting to changing economic and market conditions.
• Proven track record of interfacing with trading counterparties and handling high-risk escalations.
• Experience providing operational support to trading desks for FX products.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements within the bank loans industry.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, United States
