What you will do

• Lead risk strategy across transactional risk, first-party fraud, targeted fraud attacks, account takeover, and related decisioning.
• Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to embed risk controls into the product lifecycle.
• Own fraud loss outcomes while balancing revenue growth, customer experience, and operational costs.
• Scale the Risk organization through automated and technical-first solutions.
• Improve risk prediction models to reduce false positives and increase precision.
• Build a customer-centric risk culture focused on trust and retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years of high-impact risk leadership experience, preferably with risk analytics or data science expertise.
• Extensive experience in fintech or banking, including high-risk consumer technology and payment platforms.
• Proven success managing transactional fraud and accountability for fraud losses.
• Expertise developing defenses against first-party, friendly, and other sophisticated fraud attacks.
• Experience partnering with Product teams to deliver secure, low-friction customer experiences.
• Experience building and mentoring multidisciplinary teams across Risk Operations, Analytics, Disputes, and Investigations.
