What you will do

• Drive the strategic direction of the listings regulatory program.
• Lead and motivate a team of regulatory analysts monitoring listing applications and compliance.
• Oversee regulatory processes for companies falling out of compliance or seeking initial listing.
• Consult on policy matters related to capital formation and exchange standards.
• Modernize regulatory programs by implementing technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies including FINRA and the SEC.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in operational or regulatory leadership.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, corporate law, and securities regulations.
• Juris Doctor degree strongly preferred (MBA or equivalent credentials considered).
• Proven experience in change management and organizational restructuring.
• Ability to demonstrate strong executive presence and consensus-building skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
