What you will do

• Coordinate strategic regulatory projects from scoping through delivery, aligning contributors and maintaining quality.
• Build trusted relationships with the ACPR and hirify.global's branch supervisors.
• Translate regulatory expectations into practical implementation plans.
• Support internal teams through delivery and monitor progress across workstreams.
• Adapt complex regulatory information for supervisors, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Compliance within a traditional bank, consulting firm, or regulated fintech.
• Experience with banking supervisors or strategic regulatory assignments.
• Ability to structure complex initiatives, coordinate multiple workstreams, and deliver within demanding timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Proactive ownership, curiosity, and interest in using AI and new tools to improve regulatory work.
• Professional French is required for external interactions.
