What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology programs and projects within the Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner by building relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities within existing client accounts and collaborating with sales teams.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, resource utilization, and financial performance; prepare status/MIS reports, risk assessments, and executive updates.
• Apply project management methodologies to manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and project governance in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements

• Experience managing technology programs or multiple projects in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery best practices.
• Mandatory experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Experience in account management and business development to identify opportunities for expanding client engagements.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
