TL;DR

Sales Migration Manager (SaaS/Fintech): Managing the end-to-end migration of customers to the TrustPlatform with an accent on customer relationship management and cross-functional coordination. Focus on driving the full migration cycle, coordinating solution engineers, and delivering onboarding for standard accounts.

Location: Must be based in Rennes, France (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end migration of accounts, including planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from kick-off to CSM handover.
  • Coordinate Solution Engineers and Onboarding teams for complex, multi-product or multi-country migrations.
  • Independently deliver onboarding for standard accounts, covering integration, testing, and go-live validation.
  • Proactively identify and escalate blockers to prevent timeline delays.
  • Develop migration playbooks to optimize internal processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Post-Sales role (Customer Success, Implementation, or TAM).
  • Proven experience managing complex migration or implementation projects with multiple internal teams.
  • Experience working with regulated industries such as Banking, FinTech, Insurance, or Telco.
  • Technical ability to analyze architecture, evaluate solution designs, and identify integration risks.
  • Strong transversal leadership skills to mobilize teams without hierarchical authority.
  • Fluent French and professional-level English required.
  • Must be based in Rennes, France.
