What you will do
- Own the end-to-end migration of accounts, including planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from kick-off to CSM handover.
- Coordinate Solution Engineers and Onboarding teams for complex, multi-product or multi-country migrations.
- Independently deliver onboarding for standard accounts, covering integration, testing, and go-live validation.
- Proactively identify and escalate blockers to prevent timeline delays.
- Develop migration playbooks to optimize internal processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Post-Sales role (Customer Success, Implementation, or TAM).
- Proven experience managing complex migration or implementation projects with multiple internal teams.
- Experience working with regulated industries such as Banking, FinTech, Insurance, or Telco.
- Technical ability to analyze architecture, evaluate solution designs, and identify integration risks.
- Strong transversal leadership skills to mobilize teams without hierarchical authority.
- Fluent French and professional-level English required.
- Must be based in Rennes, France.
