What you will do

• Structure, coordinate, and monitor project plans across business, product, technology, legal, and regulatory workstreams.
• Prepare governance materials, including decision papers, presentations, and status reports for senior management.
• Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the initiative lifecycle.
• Coordinate interactions with internal stakeholders across various geographies and functions.
• Support product design by documenting use cases, client journeys, and functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, including GDPR, InfoSec, and operational risk management.

Requirements

• University degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, law, or technology.
• Approximately 4 years of project management experience delivering end-to-end projects.
• Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business and regulatory topics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with capital markets, primary markets, trading, or post-trade services.
• Experience with agile, hybrid, or waterfall project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of corporate and market finance.
• Additional European languages.
