Client Services Implementation Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Paris, France; at least 3 days per week in the office

Global payments technology provider facilitating card and digital payment transactions for consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and governments.

What you will do

• Manage the delivery, implementation, service management, and continuous improvement of ACS and other transactional Value-Added Services for French clients.
• Own client relationships for service quality, performance metrics, service reviews, SLAs, KPIs, penalties, and action tracking.
• Lead project scoping, business requirements, delivery plans, commercial proposals, client workshops, steering committees, and project documentation.
• Coordinate client changes with internal services, product and technology teams, and external suppliers.
• Track project milestones, service evolutions, security assessments, and resolution of client questions and issues.
• Identify ecosystem trends, client needs, new opportunities, and innovative solutions in collaboration with Product and Sales.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of card payment transactions, including authentication, authorization, clearing and settlement, and fraud.
• Excellent written, online, and face-to-face communication skills with strong customer-facing presentation ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong experience managing and analyzing datasets.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, autonomy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a matrix organization.
• Professional English and French at mother-tongue or bilingual level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the French payment industry and technical environment, including CB/STET, bank connectivity, and domestic processing.
