What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor transformation initiatives with a focus on AI and automation use cases.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and management materials regarding the transformation roadmap.
• Assist in the implementation of new tools, including testing, issue escalation, and user adoption support.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on emerging AI technologies and market practices for Risk & Compliance.
• Support communication and change management activities to foster new ways of working.

Requirements

• Master's degree student in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, project management, and Risk & Compliance topics.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of generative AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents, automation tools).
• Fluency in English.
