What you will do

• Build and coach a high-performing DACH BDR team, owning territory planning and career development.
• Drive net-new pipeline through proactive outbound campaigns and rapid response to enquiries.
• Raise the bar on discovery and qualification to deliver high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
• Establish a metrics-driven operating rhythm to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Embed AI and automation into workflows to increase representative capacity and output quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to evolve regional messaging and processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SaaS sales, including outbound prospecting and closing new business.
• Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for team performance optimization.
• Fluent in German.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office.
