Business Development Representative (German Speaking)

Location: Ireland - Remote

Salary: €44,000–€55,000 annual, including commission target

What you will do

• Develop and implement lead routing and qualification strategies.
• Analyze lead data to identify patterns and improve sales processes.
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads and conduct initial qualification.
• Execute outbound campaigns against tiered account lists to generate opportunities for Startup and Enterprise teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve handoffs and provide data-driven insights for sales strategy and resource allocation.
• Refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required.
• A-Levels or equivalent education.
• B2B sales or financial operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Disciplined activity planning, goal setting, and Salesforce documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
