TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (SaaS): Driving predictable revenue growth by acquiring new customers within scaling technology companies in the EMEA region with an accent on high-velocity new logo acquisition. Focus on full-cycle sales management, rigorous pipeline generation via PLG and outbound prospecting, and engaging C-level stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Own complete pipeline generation through hunting in the PLG inbound engine and self-sourced outbound prospecting.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through technical validation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Target and close approximately 10 new customers annually with an average deal size of 30K ARR in the EMEA territory.
  • Engage Director and VP-level stakeholders in Engineering, Platform, and DevOps to position hirify.global as a strategic data platform.
  • Rigorously qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical validation and Customer Success for seamless onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of success in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales targeting companies under 100M ARR.
  • Proven track record of self-sourcing 1M-2M in annual qualified pipeline without SDR support.
  • Hands-on experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar structured sales qualification frameworks.
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies and data infrastructure (e.g., Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch).
  • Experience selling into EMEA markets, specifically focusing on digital natives and AI scale-ups.
  • Willingness to travel less than 15% for internal meetings or regional events.
