What you will do
- Own complete pipeline generation through hunting in the PLG inbound engine and self-sourced outbound prospecting.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through technical validation, negotiation, and closing.
- Target and close approximately 10 new customers annually with an average deal size of 30K ARR in the EMEA territory.
- Engage Director and VP-level stakeholders in Engineering, Platform, and DevOps to position as a strategic data platform.
- Rigorously qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical validation and Customer Success for seamless onboarding.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of success in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales targeting companies under 100M ARR.
- Proven track record of self-sourcing 1M-2M in annual qualified pipeline without SDR support.
- Hands-on experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar structured sales qualification frameworks.
- Familiarity with open-source technologies and data infrastructure (e.g., Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch).
- Experience selling into EMEA markets, specifically focusing on digital natives and AI scale-ups.
- Willingness to travel less than 15% for internal meetings or regional events.
