Project Management Specialist (Operational Excellence)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; collaboration across sites in Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice, and Madrid.

What you will do

• Define the scope, objectives, success criteria, deliverables, and business cases for operational excellence initiatives.
• Create and adapt project plans while managing resources, timelines, budgets, quality, and expected benefits.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across multiple sites and communicate progress, governance decisions, and impacts.
• Track KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, deviations, and mitigation actions.
• Support the adoption of new ways of working with the change management team.
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, steering committee materials, and fact-based recommendations for CMO leadership and business lines.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience, ideally in operational excellence, process improvement, or transformation projects.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships in complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership and diverse audiences.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication is required.
