What you will do

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of allocated automation projects, ensuring budgetary requirements are met.
• Lead the technical delivery of projects to ensure solutions are cost-effective and align with client specifications.
• Drive Health and Safety leadership, ensuring all personnel and projects comply with company safety processes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and programs using tools like MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Manage multidiscipline teams including Automation, Functional Safety, and E&I Installation.
• Act as the primary customer contact for technical and commercial issues, managing relationships and variations.

Requirements

• 5 years experience delivering engineering projects, specifically within the Water industry (Utilities).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Fareham, UK.
• Experience with contract management including NEC3/4, IchemE, Bespoke, or CDM 2015.
• Proficiency in project and business software: MS Project, Primavera P6, and SAP.
• Proven track record of managing multidiscipline project teams and portfolios.

Nice to have

• Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline.
• APMP (PMQ) certification or equivalent.
• Membership in IET, APM, or other professional engineering bodies.
• Experience in Nuclear, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Energy/Renewables sectors.
