Engineering Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; office attendance required a minimum of three days per week

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale engineering and business initiatives.
• Define deliverables, timelines, ownership, execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and workstreams with Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations.
• Prioritize program roadmaps and balance delivery speed with business goals, technical quality, and operational readiness.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Develop analysis and recommendations to improve delivery processes, team efficiency, and project execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, technical project management, change management, operational excellence, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations.
• Proven delivery experience with large-scale projects involving multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Ability to translate strategic business goals into structured execution plans, measurable outcomes, milestones, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience or domain knowledge in financial services, capital markets, brokerage, clearing, custody, prime brokerage, and front-, middle-, back-office, or post-trade workflows.
