Agile Delivery Lead - Core Platform (AI)

Annual compensation: $175,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Lead planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery across the Core Platform portfolio.
• Serve as Scrum Master or Delivery Lead, remove impediments, and maintain predictable delivery cadences.
• Provide visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, roadmaps, and portfolio health.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable backlogs and delivery plans while coordinating engineering, QA/UAT, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Coordinate release planning, cutovers, production deployments, vendor milestones, and operational handoffs.
• Develop delivery standards, governance artifacts, dashboards, RAID logs, and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in application lifecycle management, program or project management, product ownership, or Agile delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integration patterns, application lifecycle management, and complex multi-team delivery environments.
• Practical expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and scalable delivery practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, VersionOne, or Rally; familiarity with Azure or AWS, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts.
• Deep knowledge of change management, release planning, IT governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional influencing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in a professional services, legal, financial, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience supporting legal-industry applications or working in a law-firm environment.
• CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
• Experience with application rationalization and data-driven prioritization.
