Technical Delivery Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $145,000–$165,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery roadmaps for AI/ML programs, including model development, training and fine-tuning, LLM implementations, data pipelines, and model evaluation.
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans, milestones, success metrics, and governance cadences.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, SLAs, deliverables, and commercial commitments across multiple concurrent programs.
• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, from day-to-day stakeholders through CXO-level audiences.
• Coordinate engineering, practice, hiring, talent acquisition, and operations teams around staffing, technical feasibility, utilization, billing, and contractual compliance.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and escalations while driving continuous improvement in delivery processes, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management, including 2–3 years managing AI/ML, data science, or data engineering programs.
• Experience in IT services, consulting, or an AI/ML solutions provider environment with a client-delivery model.
• Experience delivering LLM/GenAI projects, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of model training and fine-tuning, LLM-based solution delivery, model evaluation, and MLOps concepts.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and program reporting skills, with experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, or dashboarding platforms.
