Delivery Manager (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Provide operational leadership for the Service Delivery function, ensuring day-to-day stability, quality, and consistency.
• Lead and support Team Leaders across multiple delivery teams.
• Oversee resource allocation, utilisation, workload, and capacity planning.
• Identify bottlenecks and workload risks before they affect customers.
• Act as the first escalation point for internal and customer delivery issues.
• Drive effective delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Project or Service Delivery at Team Lead or Manager level.
• Hands-on experience delivering ERP projects, ideally with Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, customer priorities, and delivery teams.
• Strong customer-facing experience across discovery, UAT, go-lives, and post-go-live support.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom; the role is fully remote.
