AI Solutions Delivery 3 (Remote)

Location: Wayne, Pennsylvania, United States; remote role

Annual base pay: $111,400–$278,500, with potential additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Research client business problems and support proposals, client pitches, and innovative solution design.
• Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics and machine learning projects, including predictive modeling, patient journeys, HCP targeting, and HCP alerts.
• Translate client business needs into analytical problems and communicate findings in clinically and commercially meaningful ways.
• Manage project timelines, staffing, margins, issue resolution, methodology documentation, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate consultants, data scientists, developers, and clinical experts.
• Support solution roadmaps, product improvements, automation, standardization, recruitment, thought leadership, and team initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience managing analytics projects, priorities, multidisciplinary teams, and senior client relationships.
• Understanding of statistics and machine learning applications in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals.
• Ability to communicate analytical and clinical concepts clearly and create concise PowerPoint and Excel materials.
• Experience with patient-level data and basic SQL or Python skills is helpful but not required.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualification in life sciences, statistics, or a related discipline.
• Interest in GenAI and agentic workstreams.
• Experience developing strategic business cases for healthcare analytics services or products.
