What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software projects across the UK portfolio.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, RAID registers, milestones, and governance rhythms.
• Coordinate between internal teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering, GTM) and customer technical/business stakeholders.
• Anticipate delivery, resource, and commercial risks early, providing clear options and recommendations to leadership.
• Support pre-sales by validating scope, delivery methodology, resource needs, and Statements of Work.
• Improve delivery practices through reusable templates, smarter workflows, and the practical use of AI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering IT, SaaS, data, analytics, or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong experience managing complex, client-facing implementations involving multiple internal and external teams.
• Native or fully fluent English.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Atlassian, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple workstreams, and handle ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, fraud, data science, or other regulated industries.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
