TL;DR
Strategic Project Manager, Technical Services (SaaS implementations): Orchestrating complex multi-property hospitality technology implementations and migrations with an accent on portfolio planning, delivery sequencing, executive stakeholder management, and cross-timezone coordination. Focus on anticipating project risks, building governance visibility, managing difficult client conversations, and developing strategic project management capability across regional teams.
Location: Remote from Croatia, Spain, or the United Kingdom; schedule flexibility to overlap US Pacific Time hours is required.

What you will do
- Orchestrate strategic delivery across overlapping, multi-property implementation and migration engagements.
- Own portfolio-level planning, delivery-date sequencing, workload smoothing, and governance across concurrent projects.
- Serve as the senior point of accountability from kickoff through go-live across functions, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
- Manage executive client relationships, including scope challenges, timeline risks, difficult conversations, and escalations.
- Anticipate, document, and escalate risks while building visibility into complex project portfolios.
- Mentor regional project managers and standardize scalable workflows and best practices.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of project management experience, ideally with complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS implementations.
- Strong understanding of revenue management, hotel commercial operations, and hospitality technology platforms such as revenue management, PMS, or CRS systems.
- Experience managing complex project portfolios strategically, including plans, risks, relationships, and concurrent workstreams.
- Strong fluency with a project management platform; monday.com is preferred.
- Experience leading executive-level client conversations and managing scope, timeline risk, and escalations.
- Ability to work remotely from Croatia, Spain, or the United Kingdom and overlap US Pacific Time hours.
