Implementation Manager (Cybersecurity and AI)

What you will do

• Manage multiple client implementations, project timelines, communications, milestones, and completion activities.
• Lead bespoke implementations for larger clients, including project planning and advanced implementation management.
• Support pre-sales engagements by explaining implementation journeys and addressing client questions.
• Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot implementation issues, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and continued Microsoft learning.
• Host and co-host client webinars, deliver virtual and in-person group training, and provide technical training to internal teams.
• Create and update customer-facing and internal documentation, video content, and onboarding process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Experience with technical implementations, preferably involving Microsoft products.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to take accountability and make an impact quickly.
