Senior Manager (Education)

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom. The role may require eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) and occasional on-site work with government clients.

What you will do

• Oversee an end-to-end portfolio of education-sector projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and healthy commercial margins.
• Build trusted relationships with education-sector clients, manage expectations, and control project scope.
• Lead project meetings, communication, risk management, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Develop proposals and sales pitches, identify new business opportunities, and support account growth.
• Mentor project team members and align responsibilities with their professional development.
• Advise clients on AI strategy and solutions, translating AI value into practical business outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable success delivering complex technology projects, from software engineering initiatives to AI products.
• Strong professional experience in the education sector, including knowledge of education policy and education technology in the UK and internationally.
• An existing network within the education sector and the ability to build customer trust.
• Structured, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect technical detail to business challenges.
• Experience delivering outcomes using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with project commercials, pricing, business development, and working effectively in ambiguous environments.
