AI Solutions Lead

What you will do

• Run discovery with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders and translate business processes into hirify.global configurations.
• Design approval chains, routing logic, integrations, data models, and edge-case handling across enterprise systems.
• Configure and chain specialized AI agents for intake, risk assessment, and approvals, writing precise instructions and specifications.
• Validate AI-generated workflows against customer policies, processes, regional rules, and audit requirements.
• Lead customer workshops, present workflows to stakeholders from procurement analysts to CFOs, and manage stakeholder alignment.
• Project-manage 3–5 concurrent enterprise deployments through launch, adoption, and ongoing configuration improvements while partnering with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-bar environment such as a startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or an entrepreneurial venture.
• Client-facing experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder pushback and present complex plans clearly.
• Experience directing AI tools to produce first-draft work and evaluating the accuracy and suitability of the output.
• Comfort reasoning about system architecture, data models, primary keys, integration sequencing, and reconciliation across enterprise systems.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder groups, competing priorities, and 3–5 concurrent enterprise deployments.
• High ownership, strong organization, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to learn and become an hirify.global product expert.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
• A demonstrable record of exceptional achievement in work, academia, sport, or another area.
