Senior Project Manager (UK)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with 2 days a week in the office. The role is UK-based. A work-from-abroad policy allows up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex digital projects and workstreams from brief to completion, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and approvals.
• Coordinate Client Services and specialist teams to define deliverables, estimates, acceptance criteria, handovers, and launch readiness.
• Manage project resourcing, forecasting, estimates, budgets, actual costs, margins, purchase orders, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
• Build trusted client and internal relationships, communicate delivery status, secure decisions, negotiate priorities, and support pitches and scope extensions.
• Maintain project documentation and project-management and job-costing systems, including risks, issues, decisions, actions, and change records.
• Coach less experienced project managers, use approved AI tools for planning and reporting with human review, and contribute delivery improvements.

Requirements

• At least five years of project management experience in a digital, content, creative, or media agency.
• Proven ability to independently lead multiple complex projects and workstreams for global brands and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, estimating, resource coordination, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and change-control skills.
• Practical understanding of integrated delivery across SEO, AEO, content, social, digital PR, and paid media.
• Experience with agency project-management and job-costing systems such as Paprika or equivalent, and experience using AI tools with confidentiality safeguards and human review.
• Clear communication, analytical thinking, sound judgment, attention to detail, and experience coaching less experienced project managers.
