Location: Hybrid, with at least three in-person days per week at the Jersey City, New Jersey headquarters. Applicants must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Administer Mimecast or a comparable email security gateway, including threat protection, filtering, secure messaging, and anti-impersonation controls.
• Maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC standards while investigating phishing, business email compromise, and spoofing incidents.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer identity and access services across Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory, including MFA and lifecycle management.
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, SharePoint, conference room systems, and endpoint security platforms.
• Handle complex technical escalations, documentation, mentoring, infrastructure projects, and an after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on Mimecast administration or experience with Proofpoint or Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of email security, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, anti-phishing, and threat response.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Jamf Pro, Windows and macOS administration, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of endpoint security, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, SharePoint, networking fundamentals, and VPNs.
• Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states and work onsite in Jersey City at least three days per week; must be able to lift and carry 20–30 pounds.

Nice to have

• Certifications in email security, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, or Okta.
• Experience with email gateway migrations.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python.
