What you will do

• Administer Okta, GCC High, Opal, Slack, Jamf, Jira, and related SaaS platforms.
• Provide escalated technical assistance to IT Services and Support.
• Design and maintain zero-trust controls, including device posture, network segmentation, and Conditional Access.
• Build Okta Workflows and lightweight webhook or queue services for access lifecycle automation, reviews, and deprovisioning.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on SSP updates, POA&Ms, audit artifacts, and NIST and CMMC control mappings.
• Own change management, system documentation, rollback plans, and validation evidence for regulated IT environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, and/or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Okta or comparable identity platforms, including SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating SaaS APIs and SDKs.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, and/or bash.
• Familiarity with IL6, FedRAMP High, and CMMC 2.0 control families and their implementation in IT configurations.
• Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance and experience working within SCIFs required.

Nice to have

• IT security and compliance-focused mindset.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience for identity and MDM configurations, such as Terraform providers for Okta, Jamf, or Azure.
