Salary: $85,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Build an effective working partnership with executives and act as their trusted operational extension.
• Manage executive calendars, scheduling commitments, meetings, logistics, and communications.
• Organize complex global travel and respond quickly to last-minute changes.
• Monitor upcoming responsibilities, anticipate executive needs, and follow up on actions.
• Communicate professionally with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams while representing the executives and hirify.global.
• Host the studio, support guests and team members, and contribute to a collaborative office environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting and interacting with C-level executives.
• Previous experience in a creative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, business judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
• High discretion, trustworthiness, diplomacy, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
