What you will do

• Troubleshoot AutoCAD product issues for customers and partners.
• Provide support through phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
• Act as an AutoCAD product expert and share customer feedback with product management.
• Improve the knowledge base through documented support experience.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong focus on customer interaction and support.
• Familiarity with computer-aided design.
• Good English and German language skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build partnerships.
