Senior AI Application Support Engineer

Location: On-site in Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Provide production support for enterprise AI applications, AI agents, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Monitor application health, performance, usage patterns, and AI model behavior to maintain reliability and availability.
• Analyze and resolve incidents reported by business users, including root cause analysis, bug fixes, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, platform, data, and business stakeholders on support requests, enhancements, and production releases.
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of new AI capabilities when support demand is low.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in application support, software engineering, AI engineering, or production operations.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python, React, modern web technologies, and API-based application development.
• Production experience supporting Generative AI solutions, Large Language Models, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, chatbots, or conversational AI applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, including compute, storage, database, and related cloud-native services.
• Ability to work on-site in Kraków, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or similar monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with Snowflake, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise-scale data integration.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.
