TL;DR
3rd Shift Form Supervisor (Metal Fabrication): Leading overnight brake press and forming operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an accent on production performance, quality control, safety, and employee development. Focus on coordinating setups and changeovers, solving production issues, improving equipment utilization, and driving lean manufacturing initiatives.
Location: Onsite in Corry, Pennsylvania, United States; third-shift overnight work. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is provided.

What you will do
- Lead all third-shift brake press and forming personnel while coordinating daily production priorities.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, scrap, downtime, labor utilization, quality, and schedule attainment.
- Verify tooling, programs, setups, work instructions, and dimensional quality throughout production.
- Coordinate machine setups, changeovers, maintenance needs, and production issue resolution.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Scheduling on launches, process improvements, and on-time delivery.
- Train, coach, evaluate, and develop employees while supporting hiring, onboarding, attendance management, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in manufacturing, engineering technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of brake press or metal fabrication experience.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brake press operations, tooling, setups, bend deductions, blueprint interpretation, engineering drawings, and fabrication specifications.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, production reporting, Microsoft Office, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience supervising multiple brake presses.
- Knowledge of Amada, Cincinnati, Bystronic, Trumpf, or similar equipment.
- Experience with KPI tracking and production reporting.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
