What you will do

• Lead Final Test efforts to meet quarterly and annual production, quality, and cost goals.
• Institutionalize a continuous improvement culture using 8D problem solving and Lean principles.
• Manage annual budgets, resource planning, and inventory targets for Production.
• Develop and lead the organization through training, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions based on quality escapes.
• Supervise and engage Final Test employees, reviewing performance and identifying process gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 10+ years of relevant production experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Somerset, NJ.
• Experience with ERP systems is required (SAP preferred).
• Proven background in a manufacturing environment dealing with large-scale, complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience implementing and sustaining Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
• Experience with vacuum systems.
