Manager, Manufacturing Operations - Final Test (Manufacturing)

Salary: $100,246–$126,877 per year, plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Lead Final Test operations to meet quarterly and annual production, quality, cost, and customer requirements.
• Establish operations planning models, production schedules, manpower requirements, and resource priorities based on customer needs, design releases, and material supply.
• Manage budgets, resources, inventory targets, component and assembly flow, and production tools and equipment.
• Build and lead the Final Test organization through training, mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Institutionalize continuous improvement through 8D problem solving, value stream mapping, lean principles, and 5S; track KPIs, lessons learned, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with quality, product development, and outsource providers to resolve process gaps, address customer-site quality escapes, and improve safety, procedures, and workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and 10+ years of relevant production experience; an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
• Experience with ERP systems is required; SAP experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience is required.
• Experience with large-scale, complex electromechanical equipment or systems.
• Experience implementing and sustaining lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
• Experience with vacuum systems.
