What you will do

• Supervise daily operations of 3rd shift powder coating and assembly departments to meet production goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure all powder coating processes meet customer specifications for quality, color, and finish.
• Perform regular quality inspections and address defects through corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and company safety policies.
• Support and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in powder coating, metal fabrication, welding, or assembly manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Legally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available for any visa type).
• Ability to work 3rd shift with flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
