Senior Program Manager (CGT)

Location: Tuas, Singapore; office-first with remote work permitted for 20% of the time

What you will do

• Act as the interface between customers and hirify.global to ensure program execution and delivery against agreed expectations.
• Understand customer needs, represent customer interests on-site, and maintain satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams while managing operational aspects, scope, quality, timelines, and cost.
• Apply project management standard work processes and maintain adherence to global Program and Project Center of Excellence standards.
• Develop and share local best practices in project management tools and methodologies.
• Maintain Planview data integrity and proactively improve data integrity processes.

Requirements

• Degree in a life sciences field or equivalent experience, with commercial acumen or project planning experience.
• Experience in an FDA-supervised biotech or pharmaceutical environment and proven project management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with customers, key accounts, and global program management stakeholders.
• Knowledge of clinical research and experience moving pharmaceutical products from clinical into commercial manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques, failure analysis, and validation concepts.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience working in a contract development and manufacturing organization.
