Deputy Director/Sr. Manager/Principal Technology Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of complex semiconductor technology programs and serve as the primary point of accountability.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans for new technology enablement and technology transfers.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, data, and technical specifications to ensure contractual and customer commitments are met.
• Drive cross-functional contributors and project teams toward critical milestones and deliverables.
• Track action items, follow-ups, risks, mitigation plans, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel as needed for customer requests, workshops, project reviews, and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• At least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
• Strong execution, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to lead discussions with executives, technical experts, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to identify gaps, solve non-routine issues, and simplify complex technical information.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes.
• PhD in a technical field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects under tight deadlines and mentoring peers.
