Senior Manager, APAC Market Support

Location: Singapore; significant travel across regional markets is expected.

What you will do

• Lead a small team of specialists supporting local market teams during disruptions and strategic opportunities.
• Provide temporary planning and hands-on operational support to priority markets.
• Address competitive entry, seasonal weather and demand impacts, and logistics challenges.
• Implement solutions that improve reliability, on-time delivery, speed, customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability.
• Act as the regional expert and work with market teams on high-impact operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, performance management, PMO, consulting, or operations excellence.
• Experience in technology, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex datasets into business recommendations.
• Excellent project and program management skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
