Supplier Collaboration Engagement Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; physically located at suppliers and hirify.global offices. Regular travel within Southeast Asia and occasional travel to Europe, the USA, and the rest of Asia is required.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Supplier Collaboration professionals delivering transformation engagements at hirify.global suppliers.
• Identify operational, supply chain, engineering, and organizational improvement opportunities and coordinate practical implementation plans.
• Define program scope, roadmaps, deliverables, governance structures, resources, and reporting processes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, benefits realization, and escalation across multiple sectors and programs.
• Engage senior stakeholders across hirify.global and supplier organizations, including management and operational teams.
• Coach project team members and develop standardized ways of working and shared lessons learned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in management, business, industrial engineering, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience, such as leading manufacturing, supply chain, supplier development, engineering, or semiconductor industry operations.
• Experience running operations, supply chain, or program management activities.
• Proven experience delivering improvement projects involving cultural change, with an operational excellence and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior management and supplier-site personnel.
• Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.
