What you will do

• Lead business analysis across complex technology and process change initiatives.
• Elicit, analyse, prioritise, and manage requirements from discovery through implementation.
• Define solution approaches with business stakeholders, developers, and subject-matter experts.
• Analyse end-to-end processes and identify opportunities to simplify and improve customer and colleague experiences.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve ambiguity, and support alignment and decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business analysis experience, including leadership of complex or high-impact initiatives.
• Experience working with finance stakeholders; finance project experience is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure complex problems and decisions.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
