Business Analyst

What you will do

• Lead business analysis across complex initiatives, defining problems, scope, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Elicit, analyse, prioritise, and manage requirements from discovery through implementation.
• Shape solution approaches with stakeholders, developers, and subject-matter experts.
• Analyse and improve end-to-end business processes to enhance customer and colleague experience.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions that support clarity, alignment, and decision-making.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in business analysis, including leading analysis for complex or high-impact initiatives.
• Experience working with finance stakeholders; finance project experience is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex problems into structured decisions.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
