What you will do

• Identify digital business opportunities through stakeholder relationships.
• Lead requirements elicitation across business and IT change activities.
• Define business problems, opportunities, analysis activities, and project deliverables.
• Document requirements and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate requirements, secure approvals, and critically review proposed solutions and third-party deliverables.
• Embed customer outcomes, conduct risk, and Treating Customers Fairly principles into daily work.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital, IT change, or transformation environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability skills.
• Confident stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to critically review solutions and make clear recommendations.
• Strong customer focus and understanding of process improvement.
• Business Analysis certification, diploma, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pensions, annuities, or the UK pensions market.
