Product Support Analyst (Alternative Funds)

Location: Kraków, Poland. Hybrid model: three days per week in the office; two days are available for a parent of a child up to four years old.

What you will do

• Support the roadmap and delivery of BBH's ADX investment program and Alternatives data strategy.
• Gather business requirements, document current- and future-state processes, and support solution design.
• Provide ongoing user and production support, including issue resolution and service-gap analysis.
• Support acceptance testing, defect triage, release readiness, and production deployment.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and adoption activities for internal and external users.
• Track risks, dependencies, decisions, and open items while coordinating with service delivery, technology, product, operations, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in alternative investment fund servicing, asset servicing operations, digital product support, technology delivery, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC delivery frameworks.
• Experience with requirements documentation, testing, implementation support, and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, documentation, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to work from the Kraków office three days per week, with the stated parent exception.
