Senior AI Business Analyst

What you will do

• Analyse complex business challenges and identify opportunities for artificial intelligence, automation, and process improvement.
• Gather, scope, prioritise, and document requirements for business and technology initiatives.
• Evaluate solution options through feasibility, cost-benefit, and risk assessments.
• Model and optimise business processes, workflows, data flows, and user journeys.
• Manage product backlogs and contribute to product roadmaps and prioritisation.
• Define data requirements, perform data analysis, and support AI, analytics, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of business process modelling, workflow analysis, process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.
• Experience with business applications across their full lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Commercial awareness and interest in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
