What you will do

• Manage complex incidents affecting mission-critical applications and services.
• Lead root cause analyses and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Define monitoring strategies, performance baselines, and operational reports.
• Support deployments, releases, and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting across infrastructure, middleware, and application teams.
• Contribute to automation and continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise operations and application support.
• Strong expertise in incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with containerized and cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux or Unix, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git or GitHub, monitoring, logging, ITSM, event streaming, and API integration platforms.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills in international and multi-vendor environments.
