What you will do

• Measure operational performance across Project Management, Production, and Support teams.
• Analyze workflows, capacity, workload allocation, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor adherence to operational standards, including forecasting, pipeline management, scheduling, and cancellation tracking.
• Develop recommendations to improve productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, and contribution margins.
• Support the rollout of dashboards, planning frameworks, tools, and operational methodologies.
• Partner with Project Managers, Producers, Finance, Operations, and Strategic Execution stakeholders to implement and sustain improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL and BI tools experience is desirable.
• Experience with operational processes, productivity analysis, business performance, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with workforce planning, capacity modeling, resource allocation, operational tools, or change management.
• Fluent English required, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using Airtable or similar operational tools.
• Experience supporting technology implementation or operational change management.
• Background in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
